Booking Terms
We believe in transparency and the comfort of knowing your travel plans are secure. Please review the following booking conditions before finalizing your reservation with us.
Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability and require a deposit at the time of reservation to secure your spot on our boutique journeys.
Deposit & Payments: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to departure. Payment is accepted via credit card or bank transfer.
Changes & Cancellations: We encourage flexibility. Changes to your itinerary or cancellation must be made at least 30 days before your departure date to avoid fees.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all travelers have comprehensive travel insurance. Please ensure your policy covers medical emergencies, trip interruption, and personal belongings.
Group Size: Our journeys are designed for small groups. We reserve the right to cancel or modify a journey if the minimum number of travelers is not met.
